How to Disable the what's app blue ticks

Here's the procedure by which you can disable the blue marked read option on your WhatsApp's Android application:

1. Verify that your cell phone is running on Android 2.1 or a fresher Version if not follow the 2nd,3rd and 4th steps

2. Go to settings menu and empower(enable) 'Download from Unknown Sources' in the Security tab

3. Go to the WhatsApp site and download the APK (application) app accessible under www.whatsapp.com/Android/

4. Once the APK file is downloaded to your phone memory, tap the "Install" option.

5. after installing the latest version from whats app official site open whatsapp> select Settings > Account > Privacy. Under the Privacy tab, uncheck the Read Receipts choice.

NOTE:This option doesn't apply to group messages and allows the other participants know when you've read a message. Also, once you disable this feature, you won't be able to view blue double-check marks when you send a message as well.
