YouTube has introduced a special feature which allows the users to make and create a GIFs using You-tube videos
This new feature can be seen under the share menu and will permit users to choose a five-second clasp from the video and share it.
This feature enables the clients to add message around two lines to the top and base of the GIF. It also allows the users to trim the part of video they like to change over into a GIF. and then the user can save the trimmed area of the file or the user can share it across the social networking sites
Note: Not all the features appear to have the in built GIF inventor at this time, however it is empowered on the PBS Idea Channel only
